Rehabilitation and Reintehgration of IS fighters by the SDF and the AANES
The drive to empty al-Hawl camp of its detainees as the Islamic State targets it for attacks has resulted in rehabilitation and reintegration for detained IS fighters and their families who are of Syrian nationality.
